House rules

Please observe the following house rules during your stay:

1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00 at the latest. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible by prior arrangement, for a surcharge and subject to availability. If the check-out time is exceeded, €50 will be charged for each hour or part thereof. In addition, costs actually incurred, in particular due to delayed cleaning or the check-in of subsequent guests, may be charged.

2. SMOKING, PARTIES & NOISE

Smoking, parties, events and excessive noise are prohibited in the apartment and in communal areas. Smoking is only permitted on existing balconies or terraces; doors and windows must remain closed while doing so. If there is no balcony or terrace, you must leave the apartment or building completely in order to smoke. Smoking in corridors, stairwells or other communal areas is prohibited.

In the event of a violation, a flat-rate handling fee of €400 may be charged; additional cleaning, odour removal and damage may also be charged. Proof of lower or no damage/expense remains admissible.

Quiet hours: daily 22:00–07:00.

3. COMMERCIAL USE & ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

Commercial photo/video shoots or film productions are not permitted without written permission. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the competent authorities. Insofar as legally permissible, a flat-rate handling fee of €400 may be charged for this; actual damage and costs may be claimed in addition.

4. GUESTS & VISITORS

The accommodation may only be used by the number of people stated in the reservation. Unregistered or additional overnight guests are generally not permitted. Any change to the number of guests requires the prior consent of LUXX HOME APARTMENTS. €50 per night may be charged for each unauthorised additional guest. The guest is responsible for their visitors.

5. PETS

Pets are not allowed in all apartments and must be requested separately in advance and confirmed by LUXX HOME APARTMENTS. If dogs are approved: €20 per night/dog. Unapproved pets are prohibited. In the event of a violation, a flat-rate handling fee of €400 may be charged; additional cleaning and damage costs may be added. Proof of lower or no damage/expense remains admissible.

6. SMART LOCKS & MEANS OF ACCESS

The apartments are generally equipped with keyless smart locks. The personal PIN code is only valid for the duration of the reservation and must not be passed on to third parties. In the event of a technical fault, keys or other means of access may be provided temporarily. For loss of or damage to keys, cards, remote controls or parking permits, the replacement costs actually incurred will be charged.

7. PARKING

If a parking space is available or allocated, only this space may be used. Parking in other people's spaces, driveways, emergency or fire brigade access areas is prohibited. Parking permits must not be passed on. The guest bears any costs actually incurred, in particular towing or third-party costs resulting from unauthorised parking.

8. NOISE & VIDEO MONITORING

Noise level measuring systems may be used to detect excessive noise; these do not record conversations or any other audio content. Video surveillance systems may be present in public or communal areas. Where required, information is provided in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

9. DAMAGE, LOSSES & EMERGENCIES

Damage, defects or missing items must be reported immediately. Guests are liable for damage and losses caused by them or their visitors. In the event of water, fire, smoke, electrical or other emergencies, LUXX HOME APARTMENTS must be informed immediately; in the event of acute danger, the relevant emergency service must also be informed. Escape routes, emergency exits and safety equipment must be kept clear and must not be tampered with.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE HOUSE RULES

By booking, the guest agrees to these house rules. In the event of violations, damage, costs and fees incurred may be claimed insofar as legally permissible. In the event of serious or repeated violations, the reservation may be terminated and the guest may be required to vacate the accommodation.
